Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to Tribes-Bikers, the Tribes mobile application listed on Google Play, and tribes.zone (together, the "Service"), operated by Active Machines Corp. ("we", "us", or "our").

Tribes-Bikers is intended for adults only. We are committed to protecting children and maintaining a platform free of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Zero Tolerance for CSAE

We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). CSAE includes any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sex, sexualization of minors, or any other form of sexual exploitation of a child.

Users of Tribes-Bikers may not create, upload, share, solicit, or distribute content that facilitates CSAE. Accounts that engage in CSAE-related activity will be removed and may be reported to law enforcement.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on Tribes-Bikers. CSAM includes any visual depiction involving a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on the Service, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law, including removing the content, disabling the responsible account, and preserving evidence where required.

We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or to the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable child safety laws.

Age Restriction

Tribes-Bikers is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. We do not knowingly permit children to use Tribes-Bikers.

If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated personal data as appropriate.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns through in-app reporting and support tools available within Tribes-Bikers, including options to report content, block users, or contact support without leaving the app.

You may also report child safety concerns by email at hello@tribes.zone. Please include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services in addition to notifying us.

Child Safety Point of Contact

Active Machines Corp. maintains a designated child safety point of contact responsible for receiving and acting on child safety reports related to Tribes-Bikers.

Child safety contact: hello@tribes.zone

This contact is authorized to speak to our enforcement and review procedures and to take action when required, including coordination with Google Play and law enforcement where appropriate.

Enforcement

We investigate reported violations of these Child Safety Standards and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension or termination, and referral to law enforcement.

We cooperate with law enforcement, NCMEC, and other relevant authorities in child safety matters as required by law.

Changes to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
